Many years ago I set a goal to be a homeowner by 40. In the last couple of years I had given it up; it seemed so out of reach. But apparently I'm going to make it! Mike and I made an offer last night and it was countered this morning. After talks with the mortgage officer, my dad, and the agent, Mike and I decided to accept. Ben and Kyrie are running around like maniacs because they are getting a house with a playset. I'm excited about brand-new kitchen appliances and laminate flooring on the enter bottom floor! No more carpet stains. YAY!
