First our mortgage guy called this morning to say that rates had dropped to their lowest in weeks; could he lock in 4.87 for us before our appointment with him this afternoon? ABSOLUTELY.
Then, Linnea, emailed this article to me. Apparently my compromised identity information has been recovered and doesn't appear to have been stolen.
Everleigh slept in until 8:30 and the sun is out and is supposed to take us to 60+ degrees today. A good start.
