Four hours of continuous deep contractions this morning. They woke me up before 6am and I was ravenously hungry and wide awake. They were 7-10 minutes apart so I figured it would be a long haul (like Kyri's) and forced myself to go back to bed. I got up at 9am again and then realized by 10 that they were higher up and further apart. UGH.
My midwife with Kyri told me that third-time moms actually have more false labor than first and second time moms. I guess. This is getting really old.
So today I changed the sheets, did four loads of laundry, and made another freezer meal, tomorrow's dinner. I'm making soup for tonight and renting a movie. Tomorrow is not a good day to have the baby because our birthing assistant has a bridal shower and wouldn't be able to be there. (And we really like her!) Mike would prefer to watch football Sunday afternoon but I'm very willing for us to miss church for this. So maybe a fast labor starting EARLY Sunday so Mike can hold the baby and watch football? We'll see. Better set my fantasy football line up just in case.

Yeah, I had LOTS of contractions with Kiley (#3) starting around 36 weeks. And she was late...my 2 cents, just keep going as normal, when they start for real, you'll know it. :)

Love you. Baby: be quick. You are in my prayers.

Definitely praying for you guys! I had about 4 days of prodromal labor with Jadyn last week... definitely NOT fun. But thankfully they all do come in the end, in their own sweet time. Ah, the not knowing is so hard for us planners, though!
Same crazy thing with me!! I thought I would be ready by the third time around, but I actually went in to the hospital with false labour and they sent me home...the nurse was very sympathetic and told me that they've actually done studies on this third labour anomaly. Apparently very common.
