Ben keeps trying to guess the baby's birthday. We do too. Not December 2.
The bags are packed, I went shopping at Trader Joe's today and got gas, Mike worked, and I made a pumpkin ice cream torte. All the laundry is done. I even finished up a blanket I was knitting last night.
Hmmmm.... I did all those things to stop labor yesterday not thinking they would really work. Now I'm wondering if I should try all those things that supposedly start labor. I'm still having some great contractions and I'm hopeful that this will be more like my labor with Ben which was MUCH shorter.
For someone who likes control, schedules, plans, this is a great time. It makes me think about how little I really do control. And, hey, it is an adventure. I just hope I'm not still having this particular adventure a week from now.
