Mike and my dad made it to Michigan tonight and are staying in the Upper Peninsula (UP) which Mike describes as about as remote as it gets. Tomorrow they will be in Michigan.
We are in Walla Walla, Washington, at my aunt and uncle's home where my grandmother also lives. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's goodbyes.
