Mike and my dad are in N. Dakota tonight.
I drove to Portland last night to see friends. My good friend Janet flew in from her home in Hong Kong on Saturday morning and Amy and Heidi joined us and we all went to the famous Montage together. (If you know me well, you know these are some of my oldest and dearest friends.) I stayed in Portland at Heidi's and saw another dear friend for breakfast.
This morning I came on to Corvallis and have been stressing out about getting everything into the Honda Pilot for our trip. My mom and I have done laundry and I bought some last minute snacks to take along. We start early tomorrow.
