I spent a couple hours at the our friends' garage sale and despite the POURING rain there have been some good sales. We offloaded our giant stroller which made me happy. But not ideal weather for a garage sale for sure.
Our house has plunged in value in the last couple of years so we will need to rent. We are fortunate to have a trusted and capable friend who does a little moonlighting as a property manager. We are going to do a walk-through with her to establish what needs to be done in the next couple of weeks and what price we need to establish.
I had hoped to have it listed by the Fourth of July. I'm realizing that is unrealistic and we are going to push it back. Target date is July 14th for list right now.

Sounds like you are on top of it. Sorry about the rainy day garage sale. maybe tomorrow will be better. Just very light mist off and on here so far.
Off to pick new floor tiles. Wish I could afford a decorator but would require winning the lottery :)
