This is our tadpole, who has been given a variety of names including: Sam, Ribbit, and Lassie. He is part of our biology education and apparently, the benefactor of some of our more expensive educational expenditures. Ben's schoolbooks came to a little over $100 this year; we have spent nearly that on Taddie's home, environment, food, a buddy, etc....

Judy--I know. It is just that Ben sat down with the list of things to purchase and selected the kit that included "a frog friend." And I'm a sucker. :)
