I have a two-fold mission:
1) As my children (especially Ben who inspired this blog) grow older, I am beginning to envision the day when they will have their own blogs (or at least roll their eyes at the posts they "write.") I'm a little more hesitant to speak for them, as fun as it was in the beginning. This is becoming my blog. I will continue to write about them because they are my inspiration but I think I need to push out a little more and be a little more well-rounded.
My favorite title so far is Amy Welborn's which is called "Charlotte was both" based upon E.B. White's Charlotte's Web which reads "It is not often that someone comes along who is both a true friend and a good writer. Charlotte was both." I love that but, alas, it is taken. And yes, I know that after nearly five years of the same design, I should try something new. But unless some brilliant web person designs me my own that shows my love for mystery, travel, and my family or blogger comes up with a few more unique designs, I like the one I have. So what should I call my blog?
2) If you love me, leave me comments. Since I asked a question, perhaps my need for some comments will be satiated for awhile. I hope?

1. I don't have a clue re: blog
type names.
2. Comment: I love you and can't wait to see you.

Ditto for me! Judy said it perfectly!

I am the world's worst blog name thinker upper, as this sentence should attest. I tend to view my blog like furniture in a room...it needs to be rearranged/refreshed once in a while. So can't you just name it something you like now and change it later if you think of something better? Helpful, I know...so not type A of me! Hmmm, does this count as a comment? Yes? Yay! ;-)
"Hot Mamma"
Some time ago when you were wondering this, somebody suggested "Rachelle Writes" which I think is pretty funny.
Mike's suggestion, not so much.
Naming a blog is a very customized decision, because you're the only one who really knows what you're wanting to express. ("Staving Off Loneliness." "Rising Above Toddlerhood." "Online Sunshine in the Northwest." "I Collect Comments.") The title you've got on it now is great. Unlike my suggestions.

Rachelle's Ramblings (maybe change the background to reflect a forest trail)
Lol! I love the Rachelle Writes one. Maybe add a subline like: Thoughts from a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and scholar.
Kelly Sauer makes beautiful templates (using her photography), maybe you could contact her about personalizing one for you. I think she charges a slight fee but I'm not sure how much.
Well, I think if SJ couldn't come up with a name then you aren't going to find much more from the rest of us in bloggerland.
I DO like your new title. And it will be fun to see what design layout you come up with.
I am horrible when it comes to thinking up things like blog titles - but I know a good thing like when I see it, and I like "wonderlust." =)
I like "Rachelle Writes" and I love you. =)

I love you, but I have no ideas. If I didn't have Jade my blog would probably be titled "Missi's blog" lol. I like what you have right now!
I love you, too, Rachelle! But I don't have any good ideas seeing as my own blog title is obsolete. But "500 Toddlers" just doesn't have the same feel as "500 Babies".
