I'm thankful that I got this horrible wretched flu on a holiday weekend when my husband and parents were able to take care of the kids. (If I had to get it.) I'm also thankful that I didn't get it when my husband was out of town. And if he had to get it, I'm glad he had it first so that he is INCREDIBLY empathetic to my suffering. I am by far the bigger baby when I am sick. Either that or I am MUCH sicker than he was. My rational mind suspects the former but my reasoning abilities aren't too hot right now. This is day 6. M assures me that my symptoms (following his) suggest that it is ALMOST over. I'm ready.

I feel like this happened to you last year, too! That stinks! :(
Sorry Rachelle! That is horrible, being sick is no fun. At least you did get to have some help for some of the days...still...blah. Hopefully it is almost over and you'll be well soon!
