Follow the Leader

I've heard you can tell if you are a leader if you turn around and people are following you. Kyri, apparently, is a leader.

Her brother has always been terrified of being naked. This was a huge obstacle to potty-training. Kyri is not. We find her naked several times a day.

And recently, I will come up from sorting laundry to find two naked children playing happily together. Apparently she has helped Ben over his natural inhibitions.

M had the flu last week. I thought I had escaped unscathed. Today, without warning, I woke up feeling horrible. Not good timing. I'm glad I baked the rolls and made the cranberry sauce yesterday. Unfortunately today was pumpkin pie day and I am in no mood to struggle with pie crust. I'm also supposed to be doing laundry and preparing for the big day. All I want to do is lie down.
