Montana

Friday morning, we started driving. And we drove, and we drove, and we drove. We stopped for lunch and Dad let me walk around and find some rocks to throw. And then we stopped a few more times so I could stretch my legs. Then we came to a cool house that had blocks and an electric keyboard that played different songs.

The next morning we woke up and went to someplace called "the Yaak." Everyone kept telling me how wonderful it would be. And it was nice. First, we found a dog and I made friends with it. Then we found a huge trampoline and Dad and I jumped until I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard. Then Grammy took me to a stream with water and lots of rocks and I just threw rocks for awhile. I went for stroller rides too.

Then fun people started appearing. They were all very friendly. Pretty soon, Grandpa and Uncle Mark showed up. They had quite an adventure driving through 6 states and 5 or 6 national parks to come and see us.

I had such a fun day with so much to do that I couldn't even dream of taking a nap. And Mom said that was okay as long as I didn't get fussy. So I was very careful. It was so fun I could barely eat.

I saw all kinds of dogs, goats, chickens, pigeons, and horses. Kaitlyn took me riding on a horse. I loved it and Mom said my great-uncle Darold will be happy to hear that.

I was so tired that night that I couldn't even help falling asleep in my Pack'n'Play. Then we had to come home which took forever. Uncle Mark had to leave us after awhile but he let me listen to his Johnny Cash CD before he went driving home to California a different way.

It is good to be home but I can't wait to go back next summer.
