Icky-Icky

I really like the word "icky." I laugh whenever Mom uses it. Sadly, I don't like feeling icky, which I do today. I am so tired but I can't lay down without my head stuffing up and I'm having trouble getting any sleep. Mom tries to help and keeps rubbing stuff on my chest and around my nose. She made my bed so my head is higher, but still I just can't get a good breath.

I did finally find the volume switch on the CD player though which makes me very happy. We have a new Christmas CD by Celine Dion (one of my favorites) and I keep turning it up. Then Mom comes over and turns it down. And I turn it up. Mom keeps reminding me we have neighbors. I think they probably want to hear it too.

I'm listening to that CD right now, Ben. Good one. Hope you feel better soon. I am recovering from a cold myself. The worst part is the stuffed up nose when you can't breath. It will pass, I promise. Just wait till you get older, when you talk your voice gets all croaky, that's probably the only "fun" part of a cold. Hehe, no one recognizes your voice. :)

Merry Christmas Ben. Love you and your parents - Mrs. Sarah

The Celine CD has gotta be the best one ever. After hearing her O Holy Night, none other is quite the same. Sigh. -Amy
