In San Antonio we stayed in a big house that had a huge TV. I thought it was amazing. It was fun to have so many people to play with. Mr. Nathan and Mrs. Sarah, Mr. Jonathan, Aunt Lindsay...we all had a good time.
We drove down to a wedding (Will & Christian) and I thought it was great fun. There was music at the reception and we sat outside and I watched kids playing. I met lots of nice people who remembered me from when I was a baby. Dad will tell you that he would have enjoyed the wedding a lot more if I hadn't been so noisy, but I thought my commentary was very witty.
It was so warm in San Antonio that I wore shorts. I never do that in Washington anymore. And I stayed up late every night and never had to go to bed for my nap. (I kept falling asleep in the car.)
We saw a parade and a funny man with blue hair and a big red nose came and talked to me for a while. Another man gave me a flag to wave and there was lots of music.
Now we are home again and I'm a little bored. Mom has assured me that we get to do it again next month. Dad sighed and said he was exhausted; he told Mom to go without us but she didn't think she could stand it without me. She's rather attached. So I am looking forward to the men with the orange sticks (one of them waved at me), and watching the lights get smaller when we go floating.
