Rain, Rain, Rain

Yesterday we went for a walk. Mom said, Quick Ben, it isn't raining, we better go for a walk before it starts again. I thought it was a nice walk, only my legs, hands, and head were very cold. Mom says it is time for new pants and some warm fuzzy hats. It does rain a lot here. Yesterday, Mom read the weather report and was remarking that she was still trying to tell the difference between "light rain" and "showers." She thinks we've been experiencing more of the former. She said fall has come early this year; normally September and October are dry, sunny months in the Northwest.
