And So It Ends...And Begins....

Our school year ended with me pumping out the fastest report card you've ever seen. And in the process discovering that I forgot, yes, forgot to ever do any sort of 2nd grade report card for Ben a year ago.

If you were to look at my records, you would laugh. Ben's Kindergarten and 1st grade report cards were so elaborate that they contain several pages and include his photo. Then there is 2nd grade (oops!) and his 3rd grade report card which has his name, the year and grade, and 7 subjects/areas and a final grade. Kyrie--poor girl! No Kindergarten report card for her. Suffice it to say she passed a readiness math exam for 1st grade (after not doing math in Kindergarten) and is ready for 1st.

But we have given some thought to the summer. I have a cooking book on hold at the library, Ben finishing up a round of swimming lessons and both girls beginning next week. We have plans.
