It's a beautiful sunny Washington day and we have packed up a lot. Mike has the garage organized in to packed boxes to move and garage sale stuff. We have a lot to do but I'm pleased we made progress today.
I've had three hits (one is a notorious Craiglist spammer which I caught) on our house so far and may have a showing tomorrow. Still nothing in Midland and so we are exploring alternative plans where the kids and I delay. I'm up for an adventure.
Kyrie is very inquisitive about the moving process. She has many questions about how we get a moving truck, what it will look like, and exactly how this will all work. She still claims we left toys at her "old house." It might be good for her to see this place completely empty so she doesn't have to wonder what remains here when we leave. And poor Ev is completely baffled as to why we took the pictures off the wall.

Good luck with the renting. Hope it happens quickly. And I certainly hope something clicks in Midland.
