Girls, Girls

This little clip was taken last week; Everleigh loves to dance but is very particular about the music. I'm not a great videographer, but the sister relationship is something to note.

Kyrie is gone this week at her grandparents' and we have been much amused by her and Everleigh's long, sisterly phone conversations. We can make out some of Ev's end of the conversation, but Kyrie seems to understand all of it.

Kyrie is a fabulous caregiver and her first question to me is always: "How's your foot, Mom?" I can hardly wait to kiss her! She calls often, despite the fact that she is obviously having a wonderful time.

Everleigh has managed to get in a lot more trouble while Kyrie has been away. She is great at moving the step-stool and getting into things she isn't supposed to. I heard her making contented noises in the kitchen and found her happily eating a bar of butter. She loves to eat and I'm going to work hard to encourage good exercise habits.

She loves her fats.
