A Celebration
Mike turned 30-something yesterday. We have celebrated a little bit each day over the last several days. Sadly, he received not one gift. And I gave him his only card. But he did appreciate Facebook greetings, 18-holes of golf over the weekend, brownies and ice cream, and the chance to go out with me last night.
We went to one of our favorite places, Swing, and sat outside over looking Capitol Lake. To just give you an idea of how very different we are, Mike had the bacon-wrapped oysters. Marriage is truly a miracle when I can love being with someone who orders that.
