Rant
I don't have time to be leaving comments but this post made me really hot. I hate it when women respond with emotion instead of brains to issues. I know plenty of women who can think through multiple sides of an issue but I suspect we are in the minority. Don't worry. I'm not sexist. Men do it too.

The whole the U.S. should offer paid maternity leave so I can be with my baby and others can pay for it idea.... Socialism.
But EUROPE does it! You want us to look geeky or something? Do you KNOW what Germany and Denmark say behind our backs?!

No, I really did need to know what irritated you about the article. Wasn't just playing with you. In these cases I always remember an article about whether we should go to the metric system, and the writer said, "If France jumped off a cliff, would you?"
