The Drummer Boy finds a great instrument.
May the Force be with you!
Ben was happy to drive off with a dark-haired girl.
The 575 lb. sow and her 8 piglets was a favorite fair stop for both Ben & Kyri. Photo by Ben.
We watched the Mutton Bustin' where 4-6 year olds tried to stay on a sheep for at least 6 seconds. We asked Ben if he wanted to try it (knowing he would say "no") and he responded with: "Probably not, but I bet Kyri would like to." Hmmm....
Even at the fair, Ben sought out the macaroni and cheese.
Kyri petted the rabbits at the petting farm.

Very fun!! I noticed that it was the Puyallup fair and since you two are fairly politically active/aware, you might have heard about Caleb Heimlich who is running for state House? (Maybe it's the state Senate, now that I'm writing it...) Small world... :-)

I hadn't heard of him but I just jumped on his web site. We don't live in his district but we go to church there and I will share his website with people there!
Thanks! Small world.
Looks like the kids had a great time at the fair! So did Kyri ride the sheep?
