Last weekend we took Ben and Kyri to
Lakefair. Twice actually. He found some of the rides a bit too scary.
But the 3-wheelers were fun; and he enjoyed "The Fun Zone." He liked the boats; his sister did not.
Then this weekend, we took our annual trek up to Mt. Rainier National Park. Ben saw the sign on the way in that said "park" and kept asking to get to the "slide." Hours later, on our way home, he spotted a playground and we stopped for ten minutes for him to enjoy his definition of a "park".
There was a lot more snow this year than in years past, covering some of our favorite trails. Kyri loved the snow; she's holding a small snowball in the photo with her dad. I had to wrestle her into the stroller on several occasions because she would take off for the snow. We started the trip with friends but they stuck with one side of the mountain and we visited both Paradise and Sunrise.

Love the pictures! They are all great, but I especially love the last one. Kyri and her mom are both so beautiful. :)
