M stayed home in the morning and made breakfast for Ben and took him to school. Everyone napped at the right time and so I averaged a little more housework than usual. (And had a little more energy because I had slept in too.)
The sun broke out for a bit and so I let Kyri out on the deck. She was in heaven.
Tonight Mike was off at a sneak preview so Ben and I settled in for popcorn and American Idol. He decided that he needed to put his little chair on top of the couch for more of an experience. But I sent him to bed before he could vote.

Ben: I went to bed too but would have voted for either David Archulata or the other David (the rocker). Who did your Mom vote for?
