Today we went to a royal birthday party for Addie. Many of you have prayed for Addie who battles Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) disease. It is a genetic disorder very similar in symptoms to leukemia and she has had a bone marrow transplant. Today as we celebrated her 3rd birthday in royal garb, we rejoiced. There have been many times when we prayed not sure this day would arrive.
Ben was excited all day long about going to a "party." He willingly participated in all the games and even Kyri thought all the kids and chaos were great fun. Their mother was overstimulated and exhausted by the whole thing. But very grateful for Addie!

I'm so glad you guys were all there! Thank you so much for coming to celebrate. It was pretty overstimulating for me too but I had so much thankfulness in my heart that you and so many came to celebrate with us. THANK YOU!
