Mom's Night Out

from the mom

I went with a friend to an art lecture at PLU last night. An old friend Kjel Alkire was one of the presenters. It was nice to use a side of my brain that has long been dormant and discover I still have a thing for modern/conceptual art. If you like this kind of thing, check out the website linked on my sidebar.

After catching up with Kjel for a little while, Amy and I went to dinner and remarked on how weird it is to eat out without kids.

Meanwhile, the fun Daddy took the kids to Cabela's to see the cool stuffed animals.
