from the mom
We've been waiting for Kyri to come down with roseola. It is a highly contagious disease and the incubation period is 10-15 days. Typically children are most contagious in the early stages when they have a fever. So I had expected her to be sick by now.
A google search found all kinds of information on this childhood illness, including the info that some children don't exhibit normal signs (fever, then rash) of having the disease. Some are just irritable with a loss of appetite. Hmmm.... So now I am wondering if Kyri didn't have it first and give it to Ben. Probably not likely but I would like to believe she could miss this one. Especially since we are supposed to travel next week.

After D1 had roseola, D2 never seemed to get it. Or maybe he had it but with weird symptoms; I couldn't be sure. So here's hoping for uninterrupted travel plans!
Here's really hoping that she stays healthy... so much looking forward to next weekend!
Big hug!!
