This and That

Ben is back. He popped into the car last night and gave me a kiss. I was so happy. He's been getting in trouble with Mom today. But mostly he just makes me laugh. He helps me out a lot, though he thinks I need a passy all the time. He sticks it in my mouth and I bleh, spit it out again. It takes a few times before he catches on that I don't want it.

Ben said "chocolate" tonight after dinner. Mom said Grammy isn't going to be too excited that he knows that word. He's been running around saying and singing "Tales" which is what he calls his favorite DVDs (Veggie Tales).

I guess Dad was in bed most of the day. I would forget he was here and then he would show up. I know he was here because Mom left the house today and I always KNOW when Mom leaves me. She always thinks she can get away with stuff like that and I pretty much tell Dad what a horrible person she is for leaving me the whole time she is gone. But mostly we had to stay downstairs and try to be quiet so Dad could sleep. At one point, I was giving her a piece of my mind about not holding me and she told me she had to finish something and I was going to have to "deal." Ben ran around saying "deal" for awhile. Neither one of us had heard that much since Uncle Mark, Mr. Joe, and Daddy played poker. But Ben and I weren't sure how Mom expected me to deal. I can barely hold onto my toys.

I thought I would try sucking my thumb today for awhile. Hey, I like to try new things and a it is a girl's prerogative to change her mind.
