Day at the Beach

Last weekend I had a really fun day at the beach. I have been waiting to tell you about it until we had some pictures, but they haven't arrived yet (from friends).

Dad and Mr. Jonathan took me in a paddle boat on the Puget Sound. Frankly, it was kinda scary and I hung on to Dad for dear life. It didn't help that they talked about being "too heavy" for the boat and how low in the water we were. Dad made me wear this coat thing (life vest) that was really uncomfortable and made it harder to hug him really tight. But once I got used to it, it was a little less scary. Not so much though that I wanted to go out again. I sent Dad and Mr. Jonathan off in kayaks by themselves.

The beach had so many great things. Sand-toys, rocks, sticks, and next door to where we were a really funny dog. He loved the water and his owner would throw a frisbee and he would jump into the water and swim to it. He came up and gave me a kiss and I couldn't stop laughing.

People were riding in their boats and other people hit golf balls into the water. I kept finding buckets of water to dump over. Mom didn't like this.

I could barely eat I was having so much fun. When we had to get in the car to leave, Mom gave me a snack and that is the last thing I remember until I woke up in my bed the next morning.

I will try to have Mom post those pictures when they come in.
