from Ben's mom
The trouble with being Ben's mom is that I'm never quite sure if he is sick or having an allergic reaction. Last night he coughed all night and drank a lot of water to try to stop. I was up giving him allergy medicine, regular homeopathic meds for a cough, and then finally dragging out the humidifier and oils. Meanwhile his dad slept like a log. At 4am I begged him to take a turn as I had yet to sleep. I doubt he even heard me. Fortunately God did and Ben and I both slept until about 7:15. Today, he seems fine. Hmmm.... I am exhausted and I'm going to nap as long as I can.
