from Ben's mom
I have thoughts but they will take too long to develop. So here at the week's end is a bit of randomness:
"Tell them about our new coffeepot."-The husband who just ordered Gevalia to get their slick coffeepot to replace our broken one. (It's a really good deal.)
Ben tried to burn the contents of his father's wallet this week. In an unusual scenario, there was actually cash in there, and thus Ben heard a little bit about us not having "money to burn."
I am reading a library book that was previously checked out by a heavy smoker. I wonder if most people would notice, or if it is just a pregnant thing. It makes me sickish to read it.
My friend D was offered full scholarships to attend two graduate schools with nice stipends to go along with them. Now she has tough choices to make. I am very proud of her, and once again reminded that her GRE scores blew mine out of the water.
My brother is, next to my husband, my best friend. I have been reminded of this over and over again lately as we discuss issues that we don't always agree on, and I realize that he is one of the few people in this life that I can be completely candid with and he'll still love me. That and he not only has offered me free plane tickets this year but asked today what Seahawks games I wanted to go to. (I had to remind him that as exciting as it would be, I would prefer not to go into labor at a NFL game.)

I got that Gevalia offer some time ago and was SO tempted to send away for it! Glad it's worked out for you guys.
