When I Woke Up

When I woke up this morning, it was snowing. Mom opened my shades to show me. It snowed much of the morning and then stopped. Mom says it is better when there isn't water on the ground so it sticks.

I've read a few books today and played with my soft ball and my barnyard animals. My favorite things to play with are my shapes ball, where I have to find which hole the shape will go into, and my puzzles. I love puzzles. And books. I usually read 30-40 books a day. Can you say that?

It's snowing here too! In fact, I just saw your Grammy as she was out driving in the snow in order to get to her Dr.'s appt. (She kindly dropped off some edible food for me on the way.) Snow sure is pretty! But I am particularly thankful it's not sticking!

Wow Ben, life sure can be different from coast to coast. Yesterday it hit 65 degrees and today it's supposed to get to 71. Thankfully we also have sunshine. We're ready to be done with winter.

But you don't get much snow, so be sure to enjoy it.
