I have lived enough to know that ten resolutions is probably an unrealistic goal. So here are the five things I am working on this year.
1) Judge less.
2) Pray more.
3) Exercise more faithfully.
4) Eat more vegetables and whole foods.
5) Play more with my son.

On No. 4, how can a vegetarian possibly eat more vegetables? Or is that in comparison with fruits?
While by definition, vegetarians should be people who eat vegetables, in reality "vegetarian" has come to be defined by what we don't eat. And there is plenty to consume besides meat and vegetables. Pasta, sugar, bread, are some of the things I am tempted to partake of before vegetables. -rlr
