from Ben's mom
Mark and Co. have moved on to Delhi, India with a day spent in Amman, Jordan just to get a little of that Middle East flavor.
Meanwhile, here in the U.S. Ben's father and grandmother are conspiring to keep him and his mother apart for two long days in October. His mother is revisiting the split personality theory. She is both certain it is a good idea and a horrible one and she is all for it and totally against it at the same time. She has decided to put the question to Ben himself sometime in the next couple of weeks. We'll see how that goes.

I strongly identify with the mixed emotions there. The imminent arrival of D2 is forcing the issue, though. Next weekend D1 gets to try her first overnighter at Grandma's. I'm pretty sure she'll do fine, but not so sure about me. (Does this coincide with a romantic weekend for us? No, we're taking a couple of her uncles to the ball game. Oh well. ;-) )
I am jealous of his travel! Was he able to see the Taj Mahal? The first time I went to India we took a trip north and were able to see it, I am hoping to take A some time soon.
