Mom and Dad were acting very strangely last night. Dad said he might be up all night and I decided to join the weirdness by going to bed early. I was in bed shortly after 9 but kept having nightmares about a Kerry presidency. So I woke Mom up a few times for comfort. But around 11, she told me it was okay, it looked like President Bush really had won. I relaxed, settled in, and had the longest sleep I've had in quite a while. I woke up at 7:30 all ready for breakfast. Now Mom says we have to wait to see who will be our new governor. I think I need to take a nap.
