A Busy Weekend

As promised, I was able to see Grammy and Grandpa. I was pleased to discover that I could make my walker go over much of their house and I chased their cat a little bit.

Grammy came with me in the car and fed me a lunch of garden peas while Mom drove. We visited with Great-Aunt Lee and then went to see Natalie. Natalie has a new sister Lucy, but she was tiny and slept a lot. So I played with Natalie and her Mama and her Grandma. After we dropped off Grammy I was able to see Aidan but I was so tired by then that I was a bit overwhelmed. But after Aidan went to bed, his Mama found me some toys to play with and I was very happy.

Dad came home a board member for his alumni association. Uncle Mark is Vice-President! I had written Dad a note and slipped it in his luggage with Mom's help. Sadly, he didn't find it and so he didn't have my picture to show people who wanted to know what I looked like. He liked it when we showed it to him. I guess Mom and I were just too sneaky.

Today it didn't rain all day. Mom seemed very happy about that.

Ben, we should definitely swap homes for a week or something. We are craving rain down here and your mom is dreading it. Sigh.
