Staying fit as a baby can be a challenge. In an effort to help you other babies out there, here are a few tips:
1) Legs--I work out with my Jolly Jumper almost every day. I have recently added a walker to my routine. If you are without equipment, take your parents to Toys'R'Us and get them to let you "try a few things out." Parents tend to be overcome by how cute you look and decide to put less in your college fund so you can have toys now. Good decision!
2) Arms--I do a few push-ups every day but my favorite arm exercise is throwing. A side benefit is that I'm improving my chances for pro baseball. I toss everything I can get my hands on and I am making vast improvement. Lately, I have managed to hit the walls with my toys. (Oh, if you are trying to keep your mom in shape, throw food. Moms hate food on the floor and will get a lot of exercise picking stuff up again.)
3) Abs--I use a boppy to lean up and back in for some mini-situps. I do this about 20 times a day and only when I'm really tired do I call for Mom to rescue me from a semi-reclining position I've gotten stuck in.
Remember, fitness takes work! But exercise means you have more room to eat and I really like to eat. Until next time, this is Ben with Tips for Tots.

Exercise is good. Glad to hear you're getting lots. Another fun way to keep parents in shape is to throw your stuffed animals out of your crib and then scream loudly until the aforesaid parents run in to see what's the matter. I've been having fun doing this recently!
