Movies
This weekend I suffered a horrible indignity. I overheard my father--a very cool dad--say to Mom, "Let's put Ben to bed and watch a movie." Now, what is so bad about that, you say. I am a ripe old movie buff. In the womb, I survived The Return of the King, which is really pretty scary when you can only hear it. Then we watched lots of movies in the early days when Mom was pretty exhausted from getting me out and Grammy was visiting. My new favorite movie is the 30 second bunny version of Titanic, introduced to me by my friend Sarah. In the end, I protested and was allowed to watch 50 First Dates. Mom and Dad would like me to be certain that you know we are not recommending it; they thought it was morally objectionable at points and unrealistic. I just really liked the walrus and the penguin a lot. And I think I cleared up that Ben will be staying up for movies in the future....

Rachelle! So glad to hear you guys are getting settled into your new home in Washington. Hopefully now that you are west-coasters we can see you sometime soon. :) It's fun to hear of your adventures with Ben. Keep posting! -Amy
